Immersion washers
An Immersion washer cleans by repetadly raising and lowering the goods into and out of a bath. This cleaning method is particularly suitable for goods with a complex geometry that contains e.g. cavities or "shadowed areas". Examples of goods include pipes, engineparts and hydraulic blocks. The machines below have the option of combining immersion washing with spraying and/or ultrasonic cleaning in order to improve the results.
Washbear Milaqua Series
Immersion washer which can be equiped with both spraying and ultrasonics. Effectively cleans in cavities and hidden structures. The cleaning is achieved by repetadly lowering the goods into a waterbased alkaline bath. As an option the goods can be sprayed both above and below the surface, if needed ultrasonics can also be included.
Washbear Milasol Series
Immersion washer for solvents. The machine washes according to the same principles as the Milaqua by repetedly lowering the goods into a bath. As an option the machine can be equiped with spraying function. The machine can be designed for ATEX environments.
Washbear Combi Series
Immersion washer which can also be used as a basket washer. It washes either according to the same principles as the Milaqua and Milasol or if used as a basket washer by lowering and rotating a basket with goods in.
